Bylaws Amendments
Hi Neighbors!
Thanks for your interest in the HOA and our governing documents. At our next meeting, we will be voting on the new bylaws, linked below. By state law, the HOA Board may approve the bylaws by board majority vote. However, we would like to include you, the Owners and Members, in this process!

The current Bylaws were written in 1965 and have never been updated to our knowledge. We do not have a signed original copy. The new bylaws keep much of the original text, but are updated to reflect modern business capabilities and technology, and will be properly signed and notarized once approved.
